I’ve lost an earring or accidentally broken one. Can I order a single replacement earring? 

Absolutely! As long as the earring you need is in stock, you can purchase a replacement. Just send us an email with a photo of the earring you need replaced and we will create a custom listing. 

 

My order arrived broken or damaged and I need a replacement. 

That’s unfortunate! We do our best to inspect that all orders are of 100% quality before they leave our shop, but no one is perfect. Please contact us at info@beloveddesigns.co to resolve this issue. If the damage is at the fault of Beloved Designs, we will absolutely replace the item free of charge. If the damage occurred en route to you, you will need to file a claim with the delivery service. Beloved Designs is not responsible for damage that occurs once packages leave our shop. 

 

How should I care for my jewelry? 

We use a variety of materials that require a variety of methods of care.

For all jewelry we recommend putting on after showering and applying any makeup, hair products or perfumes. We also recommend not wearing any jewelry when showering, sleeping, exercising or swimming.

For leather jewelry and accessories: it is wise not to get them wet. Leather, depending on the type and thickness, may change shape and can typically be reshaped. We recommend storing your leather jewelry laying flat or hanging to prevent misshaping. You can apply essential oils to the natural backside of leather earrings, but take care with lighter colors as the oil may show through. 

For gold or silver plated jewelry, gently polishing with a jewelry cloth will restore the original shine.

For raw brass jewelry, a slightly different process of care is required. By nature, raw brass will develop a patina over time as it is exposed to moisture and humidity. If you want to restore your raw brass jewelry to its original shine, try polishing with a more heavy duty polishing cloth. You may also use a product called Brasso, but take care when applying not to get it on any leather components as it may stain leather. 

 

What materials are the earring wires made from?

 We use gold plated brass, silver plated brass or raw brass earring wires. All metals are nickel and lead free as well as hypoallergenic.
