Returns

If you'd like to request a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. The condition of the item must be unworn with all original packaging. Please note, we do not accept returns that have been visibly worn. Please note leather is a natural material and some shape change is to be expected. Wear and tear over time is not considered a manufacturers defect. To initiate a return, please email your order number and reason for return to returns@beloveddesigns.co. Please note we do not refund original shipping costs and you are responsible for all shipping and handling fees involved in the transaction. Your return must be sent within 30 days of receiving your order. Beloved Designs has the right to refuse a return or exchange on products that do not abide by our return policy. All sale items are considered final sale. Sale prices cannot be applied to past purchases. 

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return. 

We always check each handmade item before it leaves, however if there is an issue with your order please contact us at info@beloveddesigns.co.
